“The Benefit of Hindsight” – Learning from Covid-19 in an Approved Centre and Residential Care Setting
Speakers:
Dr Andrew Eustace, Clinical Director, Consultant in Psychiatry of Old Age, Highfield Healthcare
Dr Marina Bowe, Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist, Highfield Healthcare
Learning Outcomes:
1. Gain an understanding of typical and atypical clinical Covid presentations with particular reference to older persons.
2. Gain an understanding of Medical Management of Covid in residential mental health services.
3. Factors for effective Organisational Management of Covid Outbreak.
4. Gain understanding of the experience of maintaining the delivery of Acute Mental Health Services during the first Covid Wave.

Registrants will be emailed a Zoom link to access the webinar at the specified time and date. The Zoom link will be unique for each registrant and can only be used on one device at a time. The link will be emailed to the primary email address we have on file for each registrant. In order for an attendance record to be generated for each webinar for the purposes of issuing CPD certificates, each registrant’s name and primary email address will be input as an attendee on the College’s Zoom account. The Zoom webinars may be recorded and made available at a future date.
