In addition to clinical responsibilities, navigating a pathway through organisational systems and layers is part of the Consultant Psychiatrist’s role.  This online Special Seminar, free to College of Psychiatrists of Ireland members, will look at some of the common organisational challenges encountered by Consultants.  The presenters will discuss practical directions and solutions for understanding management structures, accessing budgets, raising concerns regarding risk and supporting staff through adverse incidents.
